Edit a product: photo, description and POS visibility

Steps

1. Go to Product & Catalog → Products and click Edit on the product.
2. Add a description and upload a product image, and change any other details.
3. Use the toggles to switch the product off on the front POS if you don't want cashiers to see it.
4. Set the Product Type: finished good, raw material or semi-finished.
5. Save.

Tip Product types: raw materials combine into one finished good. For coffee, the powder, milk and sugar are raw materials and the cup you sell is the finished good.

1. 0:03On the left-hand side is the product catalog.
2. 0:08There are several options here, but if you focus on Products, the rest fills in on its own.

7. 0:36If you don't want a product to show on the front POS, you can switch it off here, and use these toggles to set each option the way you need it.

9. 0:54If you also work with raw materials or semi-finished goods, you can set that here too.
10. 1:02For example, if you make coffee, the coffee powder, milk powder and sugar are raw materials, and together they make one finished good that you sell to the customer.
