Business settings, cart settings and order properties

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Business Settings. Upload your logo, which also prints on receipts, and set the name shown on receipts.
2. Turn on order confirmation emails if you want customers to get one.
3. Cart settings: when saved orders are cleared, and where returned stock goes (same location or warehouse).
4. Tap to add puts a product straight into the cart, with no quantity pop-up.
5. Turn on cash management if you need it, then Save Settings.
6. Custom Order Properties asks for extra details at checkout, such as the customer's date of birth. Set the name, description, sort order, field type and validation.

14. 1:53Custom order properties let you collect extra details during an order,
15. 2:00for example, the customer's date of birth.
16. 2:11Create a new order property. Enter a name, a description of why you need it, and its position in the order flow.
17. 2:23Then choose the field type, such as text, date or number. The validation rules change to match, and you can adjust them further.
